6 years agoHow to copy Unreal Game to Oculus Quest?
I am using Unreal UE4 to create 3D-Experiences.
I would like to copy the games I created to th Oculus Quest.
I was not able to find any guide or any tutorials that documents this process.
- What Unreal Packaging Options do I have to use?
- How to copy the Packaged Game to the Quest?
- How to launch and run it?
Thank you so much for any little help,
appreciate it!

- AnonymousI just found the documentation - I am stuck with the ADB at Point 16, Sub-Point #22. Make sure you have installed and can run the Android Debug Bridge (ADB), and that your PC can see the Oculus Quest using the ADB command adb devices. For more information, see Adb in the Mobile SDK Developer Guide.I installed ADB succesfully and connected the Quest to my PC with an USB3 cable. But when I run the list of devices ADB lists my Oculus Quest like this:-------------- CMD BOX -----------------------PS D:\adb> .\adb devicesList of devices attachedxxxxxxxxxxxx unauthorized--------------------------------------------------as you can see, it says UNAUTHORIZED.What do I have to change in order to fix that?

My Guess is; you still have to enable developer mode on the Phone you used to set up the Quest and/or have to accept the connection to your pc in the headset. Just pull the usb cable, attach it again to your pc and look in the headset if a message is displayed. - Anonymousthank you so much. I was able to get this done. Actually, I had to install the Nvidia Package - that was missing.
But one thing I am curios... is it possible to have the Quest connected with the PC without the USB3 cable?
Instead just using the WIFI?
And if that's possible.. I am wondering how to setup the connection and what I have to do with the ADB consoloe commands.
Thank you so much for your help and reply - I really do appreciate that! - MaxArchHeroic ExplorerVirtual Desktop connects the Quest to a pc so technically it must be possible.I don't have a clue though how to do it.
