Meta XR settings missing under project settings after installing plugin

I'm trying to enable the Meta XR plugin in order to build projects for my Meta Quest 3s. I followed the instructions for enabeling the Meta XR plugin in my UE 5.4.4 project. It will however not show up in my project settings.
