Meta XR simulator 72 is broken?

I worked with Meta XR simulator 71 on UE 5.4.4 and there was no problem. Then i download UE 5.5.0 Oculus fork and Meta XR simulator 72 When i try to activate simulator I receive error ...

When setting the path to the MetaXRSimulator folder, I no longer see room listings as I did before. Maybe this has changed? I rarely use the simulator, so I may not be the best reference.
