Missing the Oculus Plugin settings panel

I'm using the Oculus build of UE4 and for some reason, even if I have the Oculus VR plugin enabled, I do not have a settings tab under the plugins. Has anyone seen this before?

    That happened to me once some time ago. If I remember correctly you must have the Oculus app running in the background before you start Unreal Engine and open the settings.
