My unreal engine V 4.27 fallied always the launch for every app

Hello eveyone

i have a big problem and in don't understand (after i verifiy all the procedure for create the VR app for oculus readging instruction in oculus page), why when i try to launch app in oculus for try them ... stop at the end and fails!
