Oculus Audio for Quest and UE 4.22

Is Oculus Audio available for Android (Oculus Quest) in the Oculus UE custom source? I can't select it in the Android audio spatializer settings even though I have the plugin enabled.

Update about what in particular? Oculus Audio works with the Quest. These instructions seem to be valid: https://developer.oculus.com/documentation/unreal/latest/concepts/unreal-audio/
Even though it mentions settings to be done under Windows Platform, it works when building for Android (Quest).
