Oculus Hub upload APK release channel issue

Hi guys, I have and issue that is driving me crazy. I can´t upload my Oculus built to the release chanel on Oculus Hub, It is signing and I followed every step in the Unreal documentation. But simply don´t work. Does anyone has the same problem? regards

    Did you put your App ID on the GameConfig?
    Did you package for distribution?
    Does your apk work if you install via sidequest?
    The API is target above 29 (its not obrigatory yet but it would be safe to do that from now on) ?
