Package Installed - Cant find on device

Question

So after much configuration, I was to build and install package.

But I can't seem to find the installed package to launch on quest ( it does appear in storage)

Where is it supposed to show up - e.g. on main home browser screen?

I found it in Unknown Source... but when I launch it is briefly a black screen and the returns to home.....Are there logs to check?&nbsp; Can I launch with debugger?

In my case,&nbsp;LogPluginManager: Error: Unable to load plugin 'ProxyLODPlugin'. Aborting.

FYI - Had to use the Oculus build of ue4 from github to fix!
