Packing MP.4 Video file in to APK /// Using Package Project ASTC - PROBLEM

Packing MP.4 Video file in APK - using Package Project ASTC
So i have this issue asin a title and i tried everything and still i see black screen

all of that movies folder / settings / codecs i think are fine 

any idea please help 🙂

PS
Movies are working perfecly while using "build to headset fucntion but when im trying to create standalone APK file and sideload it to headset (using sidequest) i see black screen

    I,ve unchecked    " Exclude movies files when staging"  -  and the same result
    Also changeing  format to Android Media dosen't help / and Precahe file also changes nothing
