Project rebuilds very much when using Meta Fork

I am using UE 5.4.3 Meta Fork and have completed all the setup steps as in the instruction. When I edit the code in the project source and build the project, it builds a lot of actions (more than 3000) and takes a long time to complete. While if I use UE 5.4.3 downloaded from Epic Launcher, it only builds about 100 actions. What is the problem?
