Quest 3 and 3S comprehensive shared space?

I need to train several non-tech adults, who barely use smart phones, on the basic ops of Quest 3 usage and interactions. I will be in the same physical room with them but otherwise my options are few: no PC, slow WiFi (already tried casting screens but cannot get better than 5-10 secs latency), etc. My ideal solution would be a shared VR space in which I can also see the other users' system UI (menus etc.) but so far I've only been told that does not exist.

Ideas, thoughts, appreciated.
