SharedSceneSample project not working

I've been able to package the SharedScene sample project, but when I run it on my Quest Pro the lobby menu does not seem to spawn. With no menu spawned I'm able to press the trigger which launches me into the scene capture flow but thats really it.

I've also tried running the project on a Quest 2 but am also not seeing the lobby menu. Pressing the trigger just quits the app.

Am I doing something wrong? Or is the sample project just not ready yet?
