Skybox HDRI Backdrop in Unreal Engine Package?

Hi!

In recent versions of UE I cannot pack a simple Backdrop with a skybox.

Please, can somebody guide me on how to do something as simple as adding a Skybox HDRI image to my scene and package it using UE 5.4??
