Test Stereo3D without a Rift?

I don't have my Rift yet and was not able to use these commands either. I also get "Command not recongized". I'm just assuming whatever is needed to utilize these commands is turned on whenever I plug the Rift in.
The only other possibilities I came up with are my hardware doesn't support it or the other version of UDK that I have installed is conflicting with the Oculus version.
