UDK question
I have the UDK installed. When I run a map using the "start in pc" the rift head mount controls work fine, but the graphics displayed are not side by side.
I have my monitor configuration set to "duplicate" as that is the only way I can get TF2 and the Tuscany demo working. What extra option do I have to enable to try out Epic Citadel with the rift? (again, headtracking works, but the side by side video does not).

Yep, that got it. Also you can't hit escape once a demo is running. Type "quit" to exit. - mihalskiHonored GuestIncidentally, the UDK (and I don't just mean with Rift support) exists only for Windows right?

The UDK is only for Windows though you can package apps for other systems from it.
I wanted to see if they managed to get the Rift working on the Mac as well (with head support since the warping most likely already works) but my binary crashed on launch. I didn't have much time to keep experimenting after that though. An official answer on Mac Rift support on UDK would be nice :) - cyberealityGrand ChampionYou don't need to use any console commands. Just press F11 (after clicking launch on PC) and it will display properly on the headset.
This will work even if you are using extended desktop. - heshamProtegeAny word on if this works on the Mac?

no UDK on mac - calmasacowExploreris there something you have to do in UDK to enable the console ~ does nothing and F11 just seems to toggle between fullscreen and windowed.
- cyberealityGrand ChampionYou will have to use the "Launch on PC" option. Testing in the editor is not supported.
You will also need the actual Rift headset connected in order to see the game in 3D, with warping, etc.
