UniversalNativeTTS plugin works well on android phone but not working on Meta quest 2

After seaching for solutions and doing different tts plugin tests, I found that Text to speech provided by Unreal Engine (5.2) works well on Meta Quest. This plugin uses Flite tts system. But there is no multilingual list provided. For Universal TTS, my test in VR Preview on Meta quest perfectly works but no sound after the package. So I think that there is no language pack provided by Meta quest like Google does on any android mobile. It's a pity that Meta quest does not provide any tts language packs to facilitate a wider range of use of this device...
