What are the minimum version numbers of UE4 and UE5 required to support the Platform SDK?

I would like to use the Platform SDK from the link below. What are the minimum versions of UE4 and UE5 that I should use?

And is there a public link I can refer to for guidance on upgrading to a new version of the Platform SDK?
