Why Unreal is left behind in Oculus dev ,Destinations API

I see that Unity always get the latest plugins and API for Quest  development, one example would be new Destinations API for invite friends in VR, available for unity but not Unreal, and new avatar...

Why latest Oculus avatar's builds not available for UE4 or UE5, as if that their is an hidden problem with Meta and Epic for some strange reason, so why not tell developers so maybe we can search for other solutions, very frustrating indeed ☚ī¸
