Hey Flaco075,
We hear you're experiencing some PCVR issues. Since you suspect it started when you updated your Quest 3s can we get you to use our Software Update Tool to ensure you got the full update with no corrupted data. This will help us establish 2 things. That you got the full and correct update and also that your Link Cable is working correctly. If you are getting the update without error or problems it means your cable is operational.
When you say you have tried some troubleshooting before can you tell us what you tried, just do we don't give you the same steps again.
Are you receiving any errors messages?
Have you tried un-installing the Link app and re-installing it?
Is your Link app up to date?
Is it just the cable connection that is having issues or is the problem with Air Link also?
