daisukilian in case your headset is on v81 but the link app is still on v79, just enable PTC in the link app.
Settings - beta - toggle public test channel..... it will update the link app to v81 too, and linking the Quest should work again.
Sadly, it doesn't work for all people, but it's worth try.🙂
Switching to the PTC did work for me...so far. That brought the app up to V81.
It's really a bit crazy right now. I activated the PTC and the Meta Link app was updated to V81, after which everything worked smoothly again immediately. I just reinstalled my PC and installed the Meta Link app. This time it was V81 right away. Shortly after, it was 'updated' back to V79 (PTC was deactivated). It's the same version that absolutely didn't work for me yesterday and today. But now it does!!!??? The reinstallation has nothing to do with it; I've done that before as well and it didn't work. I think we're being a bit misled here, it's really annoying what they're doing over at Meta....
