I've been having the same problem as you since October 22nd. Everything was working fine, and one update too many caused my Quest 3 to no longer work with the Meta Quest Link.
I won't reinstall the app again; I've done it enough times this year. My PC is always up to date; that's not the problem.
Meta has managed to break the connection to the PC a second time since April 2025. Twice in less than 6 months! It's horrible how Meta handles their updates on PC.
Dozens of updates over the past few months, and we haven't seen any changes on PC for years, in fact, and you still manage to brick your product.
I invested thousands of dollars in a gaming PC and equipment to be able to fly in VR with Microsoft Flight Simulator, and suddenly my Meta Quest stopped working.
I expect more from a world leader in virtual reality...
I feel you. It's beyond frustrating. I tried literally everything, I even checked and updated my pc's BIOS.
I built my pc exclusively to fly in VR in DCS, not other games installed in the PC. I'm looking into other VR headsets and I will end up buying another brand for sure, tired of Meta
At this point they only thing we can do is just wait and hope Meta is working on a solution. I truly hope they are
