Updated Quest 3 to v81 I have no navigator

I updated to the new version 81. Had an issue with no home environment. So then  I looked up everything I was supposed to do. Tried them all. Ended up rebooting (where everything erase & starting over) Now I have the home space but now my navigator has disappeared. I cannot do a hard reset. I held up to 1 minute and it never shuts off.

    I'm afraid,  I can't explain why it has been  disappeared, simply because I don't know it.

    Navigator was rolled out to random people, not to all.
    You lost it by doing the factory reset.

    My first thought, that the Navigator isn't available anymore on build v81 is not correct...... so, maybe you'll get it back some day.😉

    This can happen when you're on the public test channel software, it can have unpredictable bugs. Definitely do a bug report through the headset. You should get a fix soon. Good luck !

      Wow how do I know if I am in the public test channel and can i leave it so it would work nicely? or should I factory reset my Quest 3? ty

    Maybe you have the build version of v81 now?

    The release notes of v81 doesn't mention Navigator with a single word, while in the PTC releasse notes it was still mentioned.

    So, maybe there is no Navigator anymore??

    Just a thought, I'm not sure about that🙃

        😂😂 You might be right.

        I got v81 onPC and Q2 yesterday....not on Q3 yet. I didn't get Navigator.... I don't want it, so I'm fine with that😁

        Actually, i think I got this update by mistake, it wasn't my turn yet.

        For 6 years I received updates ALWAYS 4 weeks after release date, not 4 days after the roll out started.  Probably the update on Q3 will reach me in 3 weeks🤪

      But when I first downloaded I had the navigator. When I factory reset I lost the navigator but got my immersive home space. I have a friend that is in his 80’s that has the navigator. I was hoping to have it to help him through it since we live opposite sides of the states.

    Having been going through hell last few days with headset trying to install v81. What in earth is going in?Gets to a restart position then will not go to the Home screen. Now have blank screen but a a low buzz from the headset ???
