Consent.exe and UAC prompts not visible.

Link version 83.0.0.330.349

Headset Quest 3 v83.0 build 5156385.14650.520

Since last update consent.exe, uac, task manager prompts etc have not been visible on link but are there on physical screen.

If I click off desktop on the headset and go back to it they appear but can't be selected with controllers, only mouse.

Also there's a double cursor on screen as well as noticeable lag when in game.

This happened before when I was on ptc a while ago and was fixed with an update but can't remember which one.

Have tried virtual desktop and it shows prompts correctly so I believe it's a link problem.
