Issues

I factory reset my vr and i lost my meta acc because i got a new phone and now i cant link it. Is it possible for you guys to go in and give me my meta acc info it is called quadri

    Download the Meta Horizon app to your new phone and log in with your email and password.

    Afterwards you can pair the headset to the app.
