nothing but trouble

ever since last 2 updates the my 4 month old quest 3 headset has become a piece of plastic junk  40secs to connect desk top to vr via link cable [quest link cable ]it will fail to download updates ie public test channel I am that fed up with rubbish having to do workarounds because of thier incopmedence and lack of testing thier software i think a full refund under warranty is in order I spent 30 plus hours trying to get back the performance that i origanaly  had with it . alll i want is a VR headset that works in msfs 2020 I dont care about all the other crap that you constantly pump out . if you dont like the way that I have worded things FIX the .......ing  thing
