It's a known issue, which Meta are working on a fix.

There can be multiple reasons for the USB 2 connection (Windows USB driver problem, cable problem, Link software bugs, etc) but the most recent and common workaround seems to be to use a USB C-A cable or a USB C-A adapter for the connection to your PC's USB bus. There's a known bug in Link when using the USB C port on the PC which causes it to fall back to USB 2, so try connecting to a USB 3 type A port instead.

manny.prerelease68 can you confirm the devs are still working on the usb3 being reported as usb2 and can we now get an idea of when it will be fixed. Its been 3 months. My quest3 is basically a brick right now. I only use it for playing pcvr games. The fact you guys have internally repeated the issue should have meant a fix was expidited ! certainly by now. I am about to purchase a Pixmax Crystal and dump my quest3 in the bin. This is the second major pc link outage.
