No Input Audio for PC Link App

I have tried everything, hours worth of work. For some reason, I can hear everyone around me, game audio, you name it. But when I cast my headset to the Meta Horizon Link App, i cannot hear myself.
I have repaired the app, uninstalled the app, messed with a million settings. It seems the OVAD isnt registering at all. I know my Quest 3s mic works, it just seems that it is muted (its not)

Does anyone have something to fix this? I really dont wanna have to buy a external mic just to stream games. This is honestly such an outrage.

    There's a setting in the Link PC app, click your device, scroll down, then there are two audio settings for specifying the input and output device. For the mic audio to work, it seems I have to start a Remote Desktop session through Link and use an app or audio dialog from within the remote desktop. If I run an app such as Voice Attack straight from Steam, for example, it won't hear my mic audio. But if I run it through Remote Desktop, it works.
