Horizon Central Update Is Now 100% Rolled Out

We’re excited to announce that the new Horizon Central, powered by the new Meta Horizon Engine, is now fully rolled out to the public! As part of this transition, the previous version of the world has been fully deprecated.

What is Horizon Central?

Horizon Central is the main social and discovery hub within Worlds. It’s designed as a vibrant, town-square-like space where users can:

• Meet up and socialize with friends and other community members.
• Discover new worlds and experiences through portals and featured content.
• Shop for digital items for avatars in the integrated store.
• Participate in events like concerts, live shows, and seasonal activities.
• Explore interactive zones such as chill areas, entertainment districts, and collaborative activities.

What does this mean for you?

• Any old links or bookmarks pointing to the previous version of Horizon Central will no longer work.
• Please update all references, documentation, and workflows to use the new Horizon Central .

• Review any saved links, shared resources, or documentation you maintain.
• Replace any outdated Horizon Central URLs with links to the new Horizon Central.
