As we approach the holiday season, we want to keep you informed about important platform updates.
During the US Thanksgiving holiday week (November 24, 2025-November 29, 2025), staffing will be limited so response times may be slower than usual. Our community and support teams will be available, however engineering support will be reduced.
What Does This Mean? There will be a pause on deploying new features, updates, or changes to the platform and tools, except in cases of critical needs.
How This Affects You:
- No New Updates: There will be no planned feature releases, bug fixes, or tool updates during the US Thanksgiving holiday week.
- Critical Issues Will Be Addressed: While engineering support is reduced, teams will be on call to address urgent platform-breaking bugs.
- Ongoing Support: You can still submit support tickets, bug reports, and feedback, which will be logged for action after the holiday week.
