The reason I am writing is because I would like to request the addition of a feature in the configuration software for our Quest devices. Specifically, I would like the ability to gradually adjust the blue light filter. Currently, as you know, we have the night mode, but it only allows turning it on (full block) or off (partial block), with no option to adjust the intensity of this blue light. It should be possible to block it gradually, as is common in mobile phones, tablets, screens, etc., to reduce fatigue based on the time of day.
This is a crucial issue for all virtual reality users, as (according to opticians and ophthalmologists) the best regulation of blue light should be achievable through software rather than applying filters to the lenses.
This would allow many users to save money and promote better eye health. In fact, in the Zennit lenses that you promote, there is no option for a blue light filter.
We would all greatly appreciate having such a feature.
