I have a reason to believe that you guys screwed up Cable Link with 42+. The last time I used cable link I was on 41 and everything worked fine. Despite numerous driver updates, repairing the PC app, reinstalling the PC app etc. Cable Link does not work. AirLink still works though, so I don't think it's an Nvidia problem.
Tried multiple cables, they all transfer data through adb etc but they don't start the Link dash, I think Oculus software thinks I still enabled AirLink and refuses to launch dash over Cable.

Hello, could you add percentage to all the adjustment sliders ? because it is not easy to adjust with precision currently with -/+ without the value, please, thank you.

Or at least show the center/zero point.

Hey everyone, the team is working on an issue right on the PTC build after a few reports of folks being unable to login back in to the PC app with Quest PTC. If you're having trouble after updating, a workaround that's been fixing things so far is to restart the program using the Task Manager function in Windows. Look for the program called "OVRService" and stop that. You should be able to log in fine after that.

Any way to get added to this or is it really “closed”?

The Guardian System is a major culprit that causes massive stutters, glitching screen, and what I would describe as unplayable flickering when activated with PCVR. Restarting the headset solves the problem... that is until you move into and activate the guardian wall again while in PCVR. Then the stutter/glitching starts... and can not be stopped until you either restart the headset, on fully disable guardian. Activating passthrough mode while in PCVR also instantly cause this problem too and there's no turning back. Either restart your headset or fully disable Guardian. I've had to resort to playing PCVR with Q2 seated with Guardian disabled now. How are basic things like this that never used to be an issue becoming more and more frequent after every update? When Airlink first launched it was excellent!...but now this software continues to get worse and worse.

I have observed that this update is messing with side quest apps

Cable Link works for me. Although, there is a slight downgrade - now you have to make additional button press to into link. And also sometimes when you start Oculus app on PC, it sees the connected headset as "inactive" (green empty circle) and I have to physically re-plug it for the connection to become active again.
