As a Reminder Batman: Arkham Shadow is included only on brand new Meta Quest 3 and Meta Quest 3S headsets for a limited time (September 25 - April 30, 2025).

Not seeing the game to redeem?

If you have a qualifying headset and you’re not seeing the game to redeem, you may be a secondary account holder. Check-in with the primary account holder to have them enable App Sharing, so you can see the game on your headset.

Experiencing slow downloads? Here’s what to know:

  • Check the memory on your headset: ensure that your device has enough memory to download the app. If your device is low on memory, it may take longer to download the app.
  • Cellular networks: if you are using a cellular network, such as a hotspot, be aware that download times may be longer. Try moving closer to the router or switching to a different network if possible.
  • Find a stable WiFi connection: make sure you are connected to a stable and fast WiFi network. Moving closer to the router may help improve the connection speed.
  • Check for other large downloads: check if there are any other large downloads in progress, such as downloading other games or watching streaming services. These can impact the performance of your WiFi and slow down the app download process.

I have an old quest 2 bought a new Quest 3s was able to redeem the 3months but not the Arkham coz i cant see anywhere in oculus and in meta horizon app

Ditto for me. I have Quest 2 headset and now a Quest 3 headset. Both devices are under my account. No issues with redeeming the Meta + subscription. I too, do not see any references to the Batman game.

my issues is not resolved still i was just told by meta support that my country is not supported. but I can buy Arkham doesn't make sense

it ok its resolved by the customer support awesome job from them.

BTW its says countries where meta quest can be purchased it never said where the promotion is only available. they should fix the wording. we had to pre-order the quest from a store because we live in the Philippines. but still I'm thankful the issue is resolved and they gave me Arkham Good JOB Meta Support

BTW go for Email Support Guys they were able to resolved my issue. But Chat support will just tell you they cant.

I am the primary account on my headset and I still cannot redeem the game on the new Quest 3S. Looks like I need to email the support!

Hello All,

Email support is the way the go. I opened a ticket with Meta Support via Email and they added the Batman game to my account . . . all within 35 minutes. Kudos and props to those guys!

However, I am assuming that Meta Support had seen this redemption problem so much, that they knew exactly what to do and are not disputing any of our claims.

I hope this not an issue when my future self buys a Meta 5 brain stem implant chip and I need to redeem Batman: Arkham Redux II.
