About a month ago, I got an email titled "Welcome to Oculus
Start."
It said my ticket had been left open. I asked a question, but
never heard back. Now, the website says I'm an Oculus Start member, but I can't
access the Unity/Epic licenses or the Start forum. A devkit has been shipped to
me, but i'm not sure what's happening, and a little afraid to contact Support due to
somehow being revoked the devkit and membership.
What's going on? I don't have the forum badge, so in general I'm really scared.
