I am currently creating a project for a client and they are interested in selling their app on the Gear VR store. Before we went back to them with pricing discussions we decided to try and determine if there is a structure similar to iTunes where prices are set and tiered up from .99 - 1.99 - 4.99 etc. Is there anything to this sort currently on the Gear VR store when submitting or is it determines by the individual submitting. I have browsed around and have not yet found an answer on the matter.
The only thing I have found regarding pricing is the value you specify in the tsv file. There does not appear to be any kind of Tier based pricing system in place, just a fixed value that applies to all regions after currency conversion. Would love to find out that that was not the case, but we are very early on in IAP development.
Hi, I just tried uploading a bunch of in-app items with varying prices via the tsv file and it gave me an error saying this: "We only allow a specific set of prices. Either, change your price/msrp or contact Oculus Support." with no link or list of allowed prices.
