I really like how Oculus Avatars look, and I would like to use them on my game. I'm using Unreal 4 to develop a game for Oculus Rift primarily, but I would like to release it for SteamVR eventually.
If I use the Avatar SDK now, is there any way of letting Steam VR users use it as well?
You'l notice there are limitations though. In the case of PokerStarsVR i had to create a few dozen dummy accounts, customize the avatars, then feed those in as presets for use on other platforms since you cannot customize your avatar unless you have oculus home
