How would I stream 360-video camera output from one location to a remote Oculus Rift set

We are learning how to apply AR/VR technologies to medical education.

We would like to build a set of hospital procedural VR experiences, with real-time video captured with a 360-video camera or, of course, an archived 360-video file.
We are currently experimenting with OCULUS Rift.

Can you folks give us any advice?
