We are a science education centre located in Victoria, Australia (www.earthed.vic.edu.au). We are looking for some experienced developers who have the capacity to design some science virtual reality simulations using the Oculus Rift.
We are considering the development of the following applications:
- a wind turbine simulation where the student will travel via elevator to the top of a turbine to perform maintenance. They could then abseil back to the ground level.
- a volcano simulation where the student can peek over the top of the rim of an active volcano.
- other ideas as they emerge.
