We hear your enthusiasm for accessible scripting and we are looking into ways to interact with CodeBlocks directly from the Desktop Editor. For now, we have a read-only version of the VR CodeBlocks viewer coming soon:
Let us know what you would like to see in terms of CodeBlocks features for the Desktop Editor, to help drive our feature prioritization.

This is the best news I've seen all week. Without this, I felt my HzW days were numbered.

_Editing_ codeblocks in the desktop editor is critical. Also, incorporating Waffle's converter from codeblocks to typescript would be great.

This is awesome, It really is a great system. So many scriptors that started learning from codeblocks would have been either left in the dark or otherwise left the platform. So Im happy to see they were heard.

This is awesome news!!! So many times I wished I just had the ability to easily reference my existing code blocks as I learn to write them in TS….this is going to be sooooo helpful!!! Thank you for some really good news!!

The most obvious one must be the ability to edit. While I can appreciate any response regarding the topic of codeblocks and desktop editor, read-only is only a start and something I was already doing with horizonhub.

The ability to not use FBS would also be appreciated, as it does not play well with codeblocks.

It would be a true blessing to be able to write the script in code blocks and visually work out the details then convert it to TS in editor. What would be even more amazing is to do it with the click of one button. We believe in you, can't wait to build something cool.
