Event Session in Worlds
We understand the importance of flexibility when it comes to your events, which is why we've introduced this new feature. With the ability to host events in both World sessions and separate event sessions, you have complete control over your event experience and how you want to manage it. This means you can choose the format that best suits your needs. Learn more about session management.
Improved Session Management:
You can now manually create new sessions, control the number of sessions, and see and travel between sessions of all of your events so you have greater control and flexibility to make your events more engaging for your audience. Your moderators and co-hosts can create new sessions and also travel to specific sessions, ensuring your guests always have someone to meet and greet them. Learn more about session management.
Event Series:
Planning multiple events? You can now group multiple events together to create a series. Anyone who subscribes to your event series will be notified about each event, so it’s a good way for you to get regular attendees. Learn more about event series.
Join Draft Events:
Before, you, your moderators and co-hosts could join an event early after publishing it. Now you can get a sneak peek of your event even in its draft state, so you can make any necessary adjustments and ensure everything is perfect. You, your moderators and co-hosts can now all join draft events, so you can test it out even before publishing it.
Event Insights:
Gain valuable insights into your event with metrics such as attendee interest, active visitors, time they spend, and overall engagement. Compare insights for all events in your world and in your series. This data empowers you to make informed decisions and optimize future events. Explore event insights.
