I know this is a hard try but I hope Meta will take notice of this and help me. My Instagram account got suspended for violating their Community Guidelines on account integrity and authentic identity last September 5, 2024 which resulted to not having access on both my Facebook and Messenger which is so depressing and frustrating on my part since I always use these platforms to communicate with my family, friends, colleagues and students. Yes, I have tried appealing on the same day and have submitted Government Valid IDs but all were rejected by Instagram. Mind you, these are government issued IDs from my country (Philippines). Now, every time I attempt to upload an ID an “Error: Please try again later” pops up every single time and this has been going on for over a week now. I have tried deleting and downloading the instagram app and even restarted my phone, I have also tried uploading my ID using a different device but nothing worked. I am out of options and ideas. I am also lost on what to do. These accounts consists of memories that are more than 10 years ago. It is very significant to me. My account has been my own personal account with my own government name as a username so I don’t know why I was flagged for a violation where Im sure I did not do. Please help me.
