I am a facebook fan and been using facebook since 2009 and it is very frustrating that it got banned in an instant.
My main account **REDACTED**

were suspended due to community guidelines on account integrity and authentic identity. Whereas, my account was meta verified and I did not do anything to violate your rules. Was able to prove my identity by sending a valid ID. Meta made a mistake in suspending my instagram that is linked in my facebook account. It’s been weeks already until now. There is no support to help me with my worries. I even went to your office here in the Philippines but nada. I am pregnant and this stresses me everyday.

We do get how frustrating and stressful it can be when your Facebook or Instagram account gets banned, and it is definitely not something we want you to experience.
When it comes to Facebook and Instagram accounts, we are unable to help you further through this support channel, as we at Meta Quest Support are only able to handle queries and provide support for Meta Store products or Meta accounts.
Unfortunately, it is not in our power to do anything other than try to direct you to the right resources and help when it comes to Facebook, Instagram accounts, etc. We completely understand that this is not what you would like to hear, and we wish we could do more for you regarding the problems you are having with your Facebook and Instagram accounts. What we can do is advise you to check out the Facebook/Instagram Help Centre for further advice.

Hello Cheeneski,
It seems to be a common problem, and it is highly doubtful that Meta is set up to solve it or contact users in any way.
I also wrote a similar question here on the forum and received a standard answer. They usually send you to Facebook tech support, which is impossible to contact. I already know their scripts by heart.

same problem here i am running in circle.
i had the same problem 6 months ago and could recover thanks to a form i had to fill in but it does not seem to be still in existence.
any help?
