Changing Shipping Address

I orderd a pair of the Ray-Ban Meta Skyler glasses over a week ago thinking they would come in time before i move but looks like they wont and I was wondering if there was a way I could change the shipping address to a different location. The glasses havent shipped yet so im just wondering where or if I can do that because I cant fine a place where I can.
