I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out regarding a serious issue I encountered on Saturday, September 14th, 2024, involving my Facebook account associated with the email *REDACTED*. My account has been hacked and subsequently disabled, which has not only affected my personal profile but also the pages I manage, including Vilma Zenelaj, Greta Zenelaj, Colored Films LLC, GVZ Shoppe, and GretaVilma. As a filmmaker and business owner, this disruption is having a significant impact on my online presence and my ability to communicate with followers and customers.
I first noticed the hack when I tried to log into my account to make a purchase from Facebook Marketplace, but I was unable to access my account. It seems that the hacker changed the email and phone number associated with my account, making it extremely difficult for me to regain access. I’m unsure if I had previously authenticated my phone number, which may have made my account vulnerable to this phishing scam.
I have attempted to log in multiple times, but each attempt results in a message stating that my account has been disabled for violating Facebook's guidelines. I’ve had this account for over 13 years and have never violated any Facebook policies. My account and the pages I manage are vital for my work, and I would like to continue cherishing the connections and presence I’ve built over the years.
Could you please assist me in recovering my account? I am willing to send a copy of my ID to verify my identity and prove that I am the rightful owner of the account, please send me a text to do so. If possible, I would appreciate it if a verification code could be sent to my phone, via WhatsApp, or to my email *REDACTED*.
In addition, my website coloredfilms.net is a crucial part of my filmmaking business, and the inability to access my Facebook pages could have serious implications for my work. I am available on Instagram and WhatsApp for further verification if needed.

We appreciate how important this situation is - however, here at Meta Quest Support we are unable to offer support for Facebook accounts.
We only offer support for Meta Quest headsets and other VR-related issues.
What we can do is direct you to the Facebook Help Center, where you will be able to receive assistance with your account.

You response is as useless as the solutions provided on the Facebook Help Center, only dead ends. No solutions. Got my facebook account disabled 3 months ago, a hacker created a instagram account, linked to my facebook, suspended it and then deleted the instagram account... the solution provided by facebook is to appeal the decision via instagram... in the deleted account... it is a dead end...

My Facebook account is Disabled haven't violated any of term and service. Seems it is a false Disabled Please help me to get my account reactivated as soon as possible.

Thanks for your reply, but the help desk does nothing. Is there an appeal chat, link or form? It's almost impossible to find anything to be contacted to meta to resolve these issues. Please help.

That's the problem. I never received an email to appeal from facebook and that's why this situation is so unusual. I've checked numerous times to find that email and nothing was ever send. If facebook can send me an appeal email that would be great. Please let me know, thanks. I've had instagram linked to my facebook pages, is there a way to appeal through instagram?
