Facebook account has been disabled and it is NOT my mistake

PLEASE PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP.  I have had my FB account suspended/disabled and I am going CRAZY trying to find out how to get it back!  I think it started when Instagram emailed me saying I had gone against their standards then emailed me apologising as they had made a a mistake! I am now back into Instagram that I hardly use!

When I try FB it says to either log into my Instagram which I have done and NOTHING or log into my FB account and follow the instructions BUT I CANT LOG IN. When I go to forgot password it tells me I have logged in too quick!

I am going CRAZY. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I use my FB account everyday plus I have my Group on it too,

The best place to start is the Facebook Help Center. They have tons of troubleshooting steps and other ways to get the support you need for your specific issue. If you have any Meta Quest (or legacy Oculus) products, you will need to use your Meta account to sign in as it no longer requires a Facebook account to log in.
