Facebook account suspended due to linked alien instagram

My Facebook account is blocked because of alien instagram account was linked to. 

Meta verified is at waitlist since 8 months.

My personal Instagram works and is not harmed.  2fa active. 

Im from Germany. 

Need help to restore Facebook account.
