Hacked

Not sure if this is the right area. My Facebook account was hacked/ stolen over a fortnight ago. I can't access anything, when l try and change the password they send a code, which l put in, but then the other part goes to an iPhone 16 somewhere in the world. I run Samsung. I have set up other  accounts facebook keeps shutting them down saying that it's against community standards, the latest account was shut down as l was watching a video. All l want is my Facebook account back. It has all my important dog groups and elderly family members who l want to stay in touch with. Is there anyone who can help me fix my account.

I can't find any help on facebook. Looked at all the troubleshooting stuff, payed someone to try and fix it, but nothing works.

I suspect that there is a problem/virus in the app. I am thinking that l might try going back to factory setting on my tablet start setting everything up again.

It shouldn't be that hard to get assistance from facebook. There are no known virus on my tablet.

I have been trying that for a fortnight.

It would be useful if there were humans that would respond to emails, or if you can find the correct department that the email could go to.

I have had my account for 15+ years and have never had a problem before know.
