Hello, my mom has a problem with her Facebook account
1. the hacker got into her account and set up two-step verification, changed the password.
2. She scanned the ID and changed the password, but due to the two-phase verification set by the hacker, she still can't get into the account.
3. Hacker sends messages and asks mom's friends for money.
4. The hacker set up his other rescue emails 5. How to request support, cancel two-step verification. 6. Mother's phone number is still active and connected to the account. I am so tired of this problem. I don't know who or where to write to help me with this problem

. Desperately need some info on the royal show on Friday. This has been going for over a fortnight. Set up a new account that get shut down, set up another one then that gets shut within 48 hours. Paid 400 dollars to get this fixed, then facebook shut the page down again.
Sent numerous emails to something. The lack of response is appalling.
