I have MFA for my Facebook account which I was forced to get a few months ago. Whenever I login, the code is sent to my Duo Mobile app just fine; however every single time I have tried to enter the code from Duo Mobile into the "Enter Code" box on facebook, it says it's the wrong code. The code never times out and I have tried multiple times with no luck.
The next thing I've tried is the "forgot my password" feature where it sends a special code to your phone number or email address. Both my phone number and email address are active and correct on my facebook accountl however, whenever I click "send code" the code never comes through - no text message and no email (even when I check in my junk mail).
How on earth am I ever supposed to log back into my facebook account again if the tools that are supposed to protect it aren't working properly? I'm doing everything right, but the MFA system is glitching. Please help!!!

The best place to start is the Facebook Help Center. They have tons of troubleshooting steps and other ways to get the support you need for your specific issue.
If you have any Meta Quest (or legacy Oculus) products, you will need to use your Meta account to sign in as it no longer requires a Facebook account to log in.
