Account Hack, Facebook I.D recovery hack..

I have a similar issue.

I got hacked, but don't have 2 part authenticator set up, so after putting in my details and ID, my account is in recovery mode, so password is updated, but now it says Check notifications on another device.

But I have no idea which device this could be and not getting any notification on my laptop or phone. So currently stuck between a rock and hard place and probably need to contact Facebook/Meta, another impossible task!
