Dear Instagram Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with my Instagram account. Over the past few weeks, my account has been repeatedly suspended for review. Each time, after the review, my account is reinstated with confirmation that it complies with Instagram's community guidelines. However, shortly after, the account is suspended again for the same reason.
This cycle has been very frustrating as I am certain that my account does not violate any guidelines. I have thoroughly reviewed all my content, interactions, and connected third-party apps to ensure they comply with Instagram’s policies.
It seems that there might be a glitch or an error in the automated review system that is causing these repeated suspensions.

The Meta Quest Support team here on the forums are unable to assist with Facebook or Instagram accounts so they wouldn't be able to help you much today.
Your best bet to get some assistance is to check out the Instagram Help Center or see if you can unlock your account in the Meta Account Center.
